Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

Hmm.. On my first mogul, although I've dropped it many times on floors and sidewalks (it has a few scratches on the case) and took a couple of swims (fell out of pocket in bathroom) but works flawlessly since using modded ROMs.

Maybe I should send it in to get a shiney one without scratches... but since they were my fault, I'll probably just keep it.

I did end up going to another store that took the time to talk with me and they looked at my device and tried to repair it and agreed that it needs to be replaced and they ordeed me another one. I know it might be a refurb but I thought since i am starting over at another store I would take the referb and then if their is another issue ask if they can give me a new phone and not a refurb. or i might just wait 30 days and have customer service send me a new one if the new refurb has an issue. I myself cant wait intil the new htc touch diamond and touch pro come out. I will be one of the 1st in line....
I may love sprint for coming out with phones fast, but their CS does suck really bad. This is not the only case where a sprint rep said they would kick someone out of the store. They kicked one of my friends out as well...however I am in chicago so we're not all that nice here

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

I have had 3 since a week ago. The first one, the 'n' button did not work on the keyboard. The second one had screen issues, randomly changing colors (like a moniter will do if its half plugged in) and the third one (knock on wood) is perfect. All of them have been new, direct from the verizon store.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

My first mogul had some serious issues after a few months of use, with the audio note record button falling into the device and staying stuck down, and then the screen coming off of its spring-loaded holder (it literally would shoot off, ribbon cable all that was holding it).

Luckily they replaced it under warranty with little fuss, and now I'm on my second (refurbished) Mogul which works fine.

I've noticed some weirdness with some keys repeating (for example, pressing space sometimes inserts " " instead of " " like it should), but I'm not sure if I should attribute this to the ROM I'm running or the keyboard hardware itself. I signed up for insurance just in case, and I'm considering replacing it if it weren't for the 50 dollar deductible.

Re: How many times has your Titan / Mogul / P4000 been replaced?

I'm on my first mogul and no problems. The only thing thats irratating for me is the device's wifi. It seems as it will only connect to certain routers.

One thing I've noticed is if your on your first phone (broken), why would you let your carrier give you a refurbished one. These phones are expensive and don't you think you think they would give you a new one!?

Oh well, Hopefully I don't run into that situation.

im on my second mogul. my first one was kind of beat up from dropping it a couple times, but the call button crapped out which was very annoying.

had sprint swap it for $40 and i didnt even have insurance.
