Yeah, I agree with you on both counts with T-Mo. Though luckily, their OTA never bricked my Sidekick.
I'm excited to get my Touch though. I wish they would have put it in express but I'm getting what I was promised, so I won't push my luck. |

Called retentions, they said i need to exchange it at the store, Store/ecare both said i can exchange but need to get done thru customer service.
Supervisor will not do the exchange without an email from ecare stating they authorized it. What's odd is they saw the first email ecare sent to me but couldn't see the 2nd one... So imma fax it to him -_- |

Why is it that everyone is getting responses from Ecare but me? I've already sent three emails within the past 48 hours and haven't heard back from anyone except the auto responder saying "Sprint has received your email". Are you emailing or using the website? What email address are you using? Is there a secret one besides ecare@cc.sprintpcs.com and ecare1@cc.sprintpcs.com ?

Sorry to hear that, but at least I know I'm not alone in Sprint's terrible wait time for customer service.

Hey, what happens if you have the Mogul for less than 30 days?
Because a lot of you are saying that your passed the 30 day thing. Oh and I got my Mogul from a 6700 replacement. |

If you are under 30 days, then you can box up your Mogul and take it back to the store where you got it and exchange hassel free.

how soon did you guys recieve your touch ? i am still waiting for mine . i got an email on nov 9 that they have placed an order on the touch and a return kit for my mogul. but havent recieved any emails yet. they have credited my account already but my 30 days exchange period will end on the 12th of nov. should be worried?
