Sense 2.1/2.5 [Updated 24-Nov-10]

if you have a memory card in there, what do you need more on the local device for?

Stock imagio has 241mb of free space on the device for storage. With the new 3.04 ROM and sense 2.5 with the related updates in this thread, i still have 79MB of free space.

Ok so i installed both the 2011 and the 2012 cab... both of the are slow as hell.... am i the only one who's having this issue? without the sense 2.5 the imagio seems to be very responsive? looking at the responses before me it seems as if everyone is ok with how slow the system has gotten..... it's allmost not worth having the sense 2.5 running if the phone is this bad..... let me know please

2.5 is a slower than the stock system but i don't think to the point where it would make me switch back to the old one. Maybe you installed some things that would slow it down? That happened to me after I installed cab before i turned off the HTC sense and I had to do a hard reset and reinstalled 2.5 and everything's working out great now. It is still slower but not that noticeable to me. I like too many of the 2.5 functionalities.

Sense 2011 / 2012 cabs are about 70 mg cabs which are larger than normal.
That combined with the sense interface use a lot of ram which slows the phone down. Why don't you try the 2.1 cab , it is fast and doesn't have the glitches that 2011 and 2012 have. The 2.1 cab is just more compatible with the Imagio.

megapinky somethings not right i think were missing something in 2012
this thing is slow and from what i been reading 2012 is supposed to be the fastest manila out especially sms and mms
right now 2012 is really slow in changing tabs sms and mms is slow in typing twitter is slow when logging on and stocks is slow when adding new stock
maybe were missing some packets

Not sure what's going on with the messaging either, one thing that will definitely speed it up while texting is if you turn off XT9.

That's the truth, not sure what's causing it. I am going to be uploading a different 2012 with some different files in a little bit (trying to fix some final bugs). However, messaging through HTC client is still laggy.

Anyone lined up to do some 2.5 roms when the un-locker comes out ?
