Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5 *Updated March 6, 2010*

Bit new here and i dont have time yet to go through this ENTIRE thread, so excuse the noobish and maybe redundant nature of these questions.

Currently running SBP mobile shell but im thinking im about to uninstall it [Still trying to figure that one out] and try this sense 2.5 UI on my imagio, questions are.

Are the Links on the first post everything i would need to DL to flash it?
Does the phone still work the way it should? aka is it safe.
And last but not least can i undo it eventually if i want?

Just wanna make sure i dont do do it and then brick my phone. Currenty have everything backed up in SPB back up incase i have to hard reset the phone.

1. It's not flashing. It's just a few cabs that you install like any other app.

2. Yes, the links in the first post are everything you need.

3. My phone's been running it for a week now with no major problems. I did a hard reset just before I installed.

4. You can undo it with a hard reset. Easy as pie.

5. I don't think there's any risk of bricking your phone.

Microsoft My Phone is the best way to back up your contacts. Also can back up media files, texts, etc.

I installed without a hard reset the first time and it worked, but it was slow. I also installed some tweaks I shouldn't have, and it locked it up, so I did a hard reset and it's been great since then.

Looks like im gonna have to do a hard reset as i tried copying the files to device memory and it said make sure your phone has a enough memory or its not read only. So idk if that means i can put the files on my card and then install them on device memory or they all have to be put straight to the device then run on the device.

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5 *Updated March 6, 2010*

I have some troubles after installing Sense 2.1.1920 from the first post.
In the Sense "Settings" tab, if I press "All Settings" sof key (Left),
it runs CommManager, not All settings.
I would like to see the "Settings" page, not the Comm manager.
Settings in the main programm launcher (after "move to top") is not the best idea.
How to solve this?
What registry keys need to fix? or something else ?

And at second, in the right sot key I can't see "Phone Network Mode",
only "Wireless Nwtworks" and "Bluetooth DEvices" here.
