I won't be able to test any of this on my phone, but I have made a cab that will fix the start menu and the receive mms bug. I am still working on the send mms.

Found the fix for MMS Sending...

1. Make sure you're using Megapinky's latest Sense 2.5 2011 cab

2. Install the "MMS Fix (M2.5)(Verizon)(Valkyrie).cab" (attached)

3. Soft reset

4. Go into Messaging Tab>All Messages>Menu>Settings>Options>Menu>MMS Server and verify the following settings under the VZW choice:

-Server name: VZW

-IP address: leave blank

-Port number: 80

- Server is http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms?X-VZW-MDN=5555555555 (where the 10 5's are your 10 digit phone number...notice no dashes)

-Connect via: Verizon Wireless

-Send limit: 1024kb

-WAP version: None (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)

5. Soft reset

I have confirmed that SMS and MMS work, both sending and receiving. Enjoy!

Excellent, finally something worked right! I am trying to fix the send bug without using a large cab, I will hopefully get this going soon.

Minor point, I would change the first post to say use Opera 10 beta 3. It seems to work much better than beta 2 on Sense 2.5, at least for me. Or maybe it's placebo. Who knows.

Megapinky, YOU ROCK! Facebook integration works fully on this build of Sense 2.5.2011. In fact, after fixing the MMS send issue, I have yet to find something that DOESN'T work! If I could thank you 25 times on that one post, I would. And I'm still really curious to know what you did to fix location weather. I also noticed there was a setting on Menu of the weather tab saying Turn Location On, which I know wasn't there before. Share please!

I can honestly say I'm not running into that issue. Are you running the latest 2.5.2011 cab?
