i dropped back to original also...i still have the 2.5 file on storage card...can i just go to that if i want to try again? might wait a little while to see if it smooths out more...really enjoy the new one alot...

2.5 is awesome looking, seems to be very smooth, and pretty stable. However my weather hasn't updated since i installed it. I know that obviously it wont update by location, but i cant even manually update it. Any suggestions?

try clicking on the clock on the homescreen, then enter your location...that should work

if you turn off your home screen animations it run much smoother thanks to santod
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HTC\Manila\Home.Wallpap er - change to 1

Manila Sense 2.5 fix 6.5
Hi

After a long night Manila 2.5 is usable

tweater works
appointments works (slow but works )

this is what i do, its not perfect, waiting for the HSPL paciently

Steps for Sense 2.5 Installation:

Before Install make sure to complete these steps:
1. .net 3.5
2. SDKCerts
3. Disable Auto Lock
4. Disable TF3D 2.0
5. Soft Reset

6. Install Sense 2.5 fi. Sense - 2.5.1922.2911 for 6.1 beta.cab
7. Install Sense Fix 6.5
8. Soft Reset

After Install, complete the following steps:
Leo Camera Fix
Chainfire-HD2-3D-Driver-Patch-1.1.cab
Soft Reset and be patient (I am getting around a 4 min boot up time)
