Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5
I agree
We need someone to do a little surgery on the 2.5 cab First remove duplicate programs I believe thats causing a lot of problems |

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5
My really only issue now is the messaging. The cab provided does not work. it works some resets not others. I am not having a problem with ie or opera. Speed and stability of os is still great. If I could just get the messaging working correctly it would be usable.

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5
Im up to my sixth install
The first install i did i didnt do a hard reset, so my location was working when it installed. My tabs also were in same place with all my emails and text still intact So I think this install is performing a cross between a overlay(which would be best)and a new ui install which gives so many conflicts |

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5
About AGPS not working for weather...it doesn't have anything to do with the fact that Location under the Comm Manager>Phone>CDMA settings is set to 911 Only does it?

Re: Manila Sense 2.1 / 2.5
I just installed this, and I'm surprised at how well it's working. I had to launch the file explorer from the quick launch button to install the start menu fix though, because every time I tried to click on start the phone locked up. It's getting better after every soft reset, and things take a long time to load correctly, but it looks like this will hold me until whenever HSPL finally comes out. Animated backgrounds work too
On a related note, I did try to interrupt the customization process before installing this... it looks like it's just not possible. If you try to soft reset while it's in the customization stage (the bar at the bottom of the orange screen) it just takes you right back there, and by the time it's done everything's already loaded. :/ |
