Yea. Put it on the root of your sd card or go to that other method, the flashrec one. Prob need to reboot phone and box.

just put it on the root of my sd card, and turn off my phone. then press home and turn on the phone. then go to the "black and green" screen and do what?

No, lets do it this way...

Backup and format sd card

Reboot phone and pc

start back over with my directions.

Push it

flash it.

I was saying that if the file is on the root of the sd card that is the same as pushing it. So you put it there then run the flash command.
