HTC Hero on its way to Sprint! Confirmed!

considering that the htc hero has an enormous lag issues due to the widget system, why would anyone want that device?

I guess for me personally, the short answer is that I have yet to notice any type of lag in any of the youtube videos I've seen.

Its also been reported that newer firmware will take care of the lag problems.

i dont see what the fuss is, the Hero is not going to be whats expected by everyone... Sprint has said numerous times, that high end Samsung devices will feature android... im not doubting the hero may come, but it wont be a main focus for sprint thats for sure...

that instinctQ runnin andorid will be here b4 Hero thats for sure... cdma Hero, just passed FCC, instinctQ has been manufactured already, atleast the few they need to show off, weve seen the pics...

i would expect sprint to keep to their word about samsung being the focus of their android handsets for the future and not expect alot from HTC android when it comes to sprint

The InstinctQ looks like it might be a pretty sweet kit. The OLED screen + android + Keyboard may convert a few of us.

I rather wait for the Instinct Q. wasnt that bad not being a smartphone but now that it is and it has a kb I can go back to it now

If they do the Hero like the Instinct you may be waiting a while for appsa nd the phone to work right out of the box.
