HTC Hero on its way to Sprint! Confirmed!

The fact that it is a Sprint exclusive for the time being gives it a nod to the Simply Everything column..

Someone mentioned how Hesse spent 100 million advertising the Instinct, which came to 200 per phone sold. But that also meant that he got 500,000 people on $100 a month plans, too. Thats the real scratch

I received this today. I sent email to Dan@Sprint.com. Everyone with Sprint should email them with questions on SERO and Hero, or what other phones will be available. Last month they told me to check phonearena.com to find out which phones will be available. At that time Phonearena had the Hero for 10/11, TP2 for 9/8 and the TD2(no date). If they see there is a great desire for the Hero w/SERO maybe they will be swayed.

options will be required for the HTC Hero at the moment. However, our
HTC Touch Pro 2 was released today and is compatible with your SERO
plan. Once we have received detailed information on the HTC Hero I will
contact you with further updates. Additionally, you can view the

Yeah a Whitestone spec'd Sprint D2 would be my next phone over the Hero and TP2. I wonder what it will look like. Sprint has made major aesthetic changes to all of the phones they've added to their fleet.

yeah I'd take a D2 over the hero or tp2 any day. what was the final screen size of the whitestone d2?

3.6". The phone is a TP2, minus the keyboard, and has a 5 mp camera.
