Serious Lag when making multiple phone calls?

Mine was the same way. I tried everything including going to sprint to fix the problem. They just did a hard reset and sent me on my way, no real work involved. My phone would also sometimes three way call the person I was trying to call so I would have them and their voicemail on the phone at the same time. I rooted my phone and it all went away, the lag, the three way calling, and the periods of time where no touch input would work. As everyone has said though, it may be phone to phone, and rooting may not solve your problem.

HI all. I have this same problem on my HTC Hero. I am running the latest Damage rom. My phone is also rooted but it still has this problem. Check this out----> I was going to call my brother but when I hit send nothing happened. I waited, nothing, so I scrolled down the list to his number again and hit send, two or three seconds later the call went through. I was talking to my brother for 10 seconds when I get the vibe that says my call is connected. I look at my phone and it is calling my brother again. So he gets a call waiting from me while I am talking to him and I have him on both lines. LOLOL. Serious lag. It seems like the phone should be the most responsive because that is what it is:: A PHONE?

Can some one help me? Everything else is Awesome.

Yeah that is what my phone was doing with the stock rom. I went to Fresh and the problem went away.

Flashed to Fresh this morning. It *seems* to be better, but only time will tell.

I'll post back in a day or so and report my results.
