Exclamation battery life

Hi All, I am constantly having to shut down apps that open up in the background without me trying to access them. Is there anyway to make them shut down permanently it's really killing my battery life.

Which apps are in particular? Are you stock / rooted? Are they using any CPU cycles? How do you know that they are what is affecting your battery life?

Then how can you extend battery life, especially using a blue tooth ear piece.

How long is your battery lasting, and was is your Awake / Sleep %? It's under settings and about or status (my phone isn't near me. )

Let me know what that number is. Settings < About Phone < Status < Awake Time %

Awake time gets reset every time you restart your phone. So what is your up time? If it has been on for 24+ hours and you are at 100% awake then you have something on your phone keeping it awake.
