i acted like i was going to cancel one of my 3 lines and retention added SPRINT TO HOME to 2 of my lines for a one time fee of $10 total, for the next year, since its not offered anymore! 3 phones +family everything data +$7 per phone for insurance + sprint to home + 23% off for working at fed ex=$140 a month! And i have my google voice number set up as one of my sprint to home #s!!!!!!!!!

ok so it was what i was talking about, try eCare like i said, they are most helpful not like the idiots on the phone.

I spoke with Retentions Yesterday about the land line for my moms phone as She uses the majority to call my aunt. They asked if I planned on leaving and I stated no . It was stated it was no longer offered. She tried to enter it in the system via code She gave me some bonus minutes. I am sure there is a way to get it , but I did not want to lie to gain it.

I did this about 1 or 2 months ago and simply stated I wanted to add the Pick 3. They connected me to retentions and asked if I wanted to cancel and I told him I wasn't on planning on it, but wanted to add this featurebecause it could benefit me and he simply added it and their is no cost. I have Pick 3 for FREE and I really didn't have to fight tooth and nail to get it suprisingly. Much of the time like we all talk about, it's who you get on the other side and sometimes that means saying thank you with one rep and calling back

Update:

I spoke with Account Services this morning and explained this whole thing to them. In the end, they gave me Sprint to Home for free for a year...? Whatev.... I probably won't use it much, but who knows.... a year free!!! =)

Absolutely, doesn't hurt to have free

Why a year only though??? I'm sure it's something you can fight about later when you need to

The funny thing is, I never even asked for it, I only asked about it. The reason they only gave me a year was because they do charge $5.00/month per line for this feature, so they don't want to give it away free. Apparently SOME people still get it for free though, which totally blows my mind. In the end, I guess it depends on who you talk to at Sprint CS....

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills...

Haha, yeah, like I stated before, it all depends on who you get. The Pick 3 is FREE and was available on the down low in the past and I made that call, brought it up, and was given it for free, so now I can pick three landline numbers to call unlimited. I don't have 3 numbers I can really think about calling that much

I attached one to my Google Voice and have nothing for the other 2 as of yet. Maybe put my Dad's house phone, but even then I only call his cell really. Decisions, Decisions, those hard and tough decisions
