I did this about 1 or 2 months ago and simply stated I wanted to add the Pick 3. They connected me to retentions and asked if I wanted to cancel and I told him I wasn't on planning on it, but wanted to add this featurebecause it could benefit me and he simply added it and their is no cost. I have Pick 3 for FREE and I really didn't have to fight tooth and nail to get it suprisingly. Much of the time like we all talk about, it's who you get on the other side and sometimes that means saying thank you with one rep and calling back
