i dont trust that info but thats what i was told, i put 50bux down to hold one of the first 5 that come in and 50bux goto first bill. been with sprint for over 10yrs so tmo loved that and phones free for 1yr contract. im still thinking 24th though but you never know. i didnt ask for a date cause i dont care as tp2 is still working perfect.

Care to share how you managed to pull this off (free after 1 year contract)? Did you just walk in to a store and talk to them?

told tmo in person about being with sprint over 10yrs bla bla bla and said i want a hd2 but only want a 1yr contract and they said 149$ for hd2 plus 1yr so i called sprint in front of them and sprint said they dont wanna loose me over a phone so i asked how much for supersonic and they said no price on supersonic yet but theyll give me 270$ off any phone and tmo herd that and said free hd2 plus 1yr.

Cool, thanks for sharing! I would consider doing something like this, but I'm not really interested in a contract so I'll just pay the $450, that's already super cheap imo so it's quite alright with me.

I bet if you posted some sort of receipt or proof of this purchase whenever you have it all sorted, it would help out a bunch of people here that want to do something similar.

proof, dont reallly care if you trust me or not, its free so proof is no bill, i told you how to do it or where to start. tmo wants people and sprint doesnt want to loose people, im under no sprint contract and was with them 10plus years and tmo knows this from records and hearing my call to sprint, the deals there if i want it. believe me or not, no skin of my ass if you dont.

I think you've misunderstood me mate. I never said I don't believe you I do in fact completely believe you, all I was saying was that if you post a receipt here showing what you said then other people can take that in to T-Mo and use that to try and get the same deal that's all. No skin off my back since I don't believe in contracts personally and I will be paying the full off-contract price. If you go back and reread my post you'll find that this is consistent

Pretty sure that's why the guy at T-Mo sold me my HD2 over the weekend, told him i'd leave Sprint, he was offering immediately.
