Hmm, thats odd...im not seeing it when i check...is it an os update?

It's a systems update, I didn't read the details, I just selected to download. I'm full stock with 2.16 hboot GB 2.3.3 I opened market and checked apps, 3 had update avail, I selected update all and then system update popped up.

Yes I did. I'm stock 6/20 gb 2.3.3 hboot 2.16 s-on. Waiting for battery to hit 50% so I can install this update to see what it is.

That was a maintenance release after the initial Gingerbread upgrade, that went out June 20th. I'm surprised you're just getting it now.
