The chip is also 40nm. The gfx chip is ultra low voltage and is labeled as an 8-core. What does this mean? More efficient processing power with way lower power consumption.

The new snapdragon is still based off of the old snapdragon but made with 45nm, not 65nm like the EVO. Additionally, gfx got bumped up from the shitty adreno 200 to adreno 205 which is leaps and bounds better but a little behind as far as the competition. Even the "new" dual core snapdragons (announced last year) are based on this older framework.

Another thing besides having a better screen and better camera, it can also connect to international only CDMA networks.

So no, there is a HUGE difference.
And again, pretty much everything in that second paragraph you listed I couldnt care less about. *shrug* At this point LTE > HSPA and Verizon > AT&T. And ill pass on the Motorola locked bootloaders. No thanks..

Re: Any1 else tired of their HTC EVO?

Nope not tried of my Evo (King nuts) phone! All the other new phones that are coming out, i.e. LG and Motorola beside the dual core processor and one of the LG phone having Dual 5 mp camera (which is neat) that I'd like to see in action, there's is nothing out there that can fully utilize what's under the hood of those devices (Dual Core). Granted they have a little more Horsepower under the hood so when an update like Gingerbread 3.5 come out it's strong enough to support it...Now you revealed to HTC what your capable of and now create the EVO Matrix (Neo Edition) with four 10 mp camera and 3x core processor and the phone bends in 3D right before your eyes! My point is that, while there are new phone (stronger) coming out, there are currently no software out that the Evo can't handle! HTC is smart to wait in my opinion!

No? Use a non-rooted evo and run the nexus revamped wallpaper and see how useable your phone is.

Yes! You say use a non-rooted Evo? Which has HTC sense! Nexus is a ASOP device! It's not has though the Evo cannot use it, it's a compatibility issue!!! Not only that you tell me to use a revamped wallpaper which means it's been tampered with (internet search show even the nexus had issue) and now a non-rooted Evo which is standard not tampered with to run something that has been modified or upgraded! WTF!

Re: Any1 else tired of their HTC EVO?

There are software that the EVO cant handle very well...not because of the processor but because of the GPU :/

I'm bored with the Evo but there is nothing else out there that catches my eye.
