I totally agree but it depends on the store owner. By me, there are only dummy phones. And if the real phone is present, they have to have the biggest tether ever glued to the back. The pocket test is a major one for me.

Yeah our Best Buy has dummy phones so I actually had to go to the Sprint store to mess around with the Evo and Epic, which of course the Evo won out lol. Yeah it does suck that they have the tether but I had my TP2 with me so I held them up side by side and all that to compare them as much as possible, which didn't really matter since I bought the Sprint 2600 mAH extended battery so I switch between that and the OEM.
