Can I install ROM .. on my EVO from PC

I screwed up my EVO., when i do volume down power i het the HTC in the middle of screen and 4 white Triangles in corners.cant go into bootloader recovery., however wh i connect to pc and try to flash using super sonic ruu rom from pc it start doing the work and fails ., Cuz the os on evo is 3.70. 651.. and the RUU is 147. 651..., the green loading bar goes red and vibrate .
since i cant go to sd card i need some way to flash it from PC

how can i do this

yeah ive seen some links and sites ., but nothing like what i have ., still thank you ., and i did google many times still no luck ., iam hoping for some people know what my questions and can answer them ., i can spend much time here and there, without the right help ..
iam sure some wiz guys have the solution ., the issue is how to catch them ..

I looked at few posts here and there but were not of any help ., what iam hoping for some wizz guys know my questions and and answer them indeed.
if i can boot to the sd card that good . but i cant get there ., how can i get some roms loaded from pc .?

Its really simple if you have a PC. You can go to Shipped ROMs and click on SuperSonic.

You can choose the version you want, download the RUU and run it. Its very easy.

recommend the one that has 3.70 in the name. You can use the newest unrevoked on it.

ok ., let me see if i understood you ., i can download from the shipped rom., and those are self execute from the pc., no need to move to the sd card om EVo., If so thats great its a start.,but what about the unrevoked ., what do i need that for rooting and flashing ., do i do that after the ROm.??, well if the rom file worked on phone .,anyhow ill read and download , thank you man ., ill keep you updated

Hey i got my baby evo back alive ., all i did was used the new roms as you told me ., and know its alive ., ok i didnt do anything with the revoked .??, do i have to do a thing .??
If i may ask anther question please ., i like to use QXDM to zero some memory locations ., i really could not do it on my own ,didnt understand steps ...etc ., however, i found some posts with people posting their scans ...etc to zero memory locations , but they use older radios on their EVos., so know that iam ok again , can i just flash an older radio ., or use older RUU from same place you showed me, hey hope this time i wont kill it again

I suggest that you first do a nandroid back-up, and keep that copy of the stock rom handy because you never know when you are going to need it. yeah if the RUU is a .exe you can run it from your computer, if the stock rom is a .img then thats when you need to be able to get into hboot/recovery. well what mikewest was saying is that unrevoked is what's going to be used to root your phone again because you should be locked back up like you was when you first got the phone so your going to have to run unrevoked to get s-off.

I would be really careful with QXDM, you can do some real damage with that. Is there something specific you want to block out? I think for most people the wipe options in Amon-Ra should suffice.

I think that you can flash back an older RUU, I am not sure if it will reflash the old HBoot though.

I have seen a custom rom on here there is supposed to wipe out EVERYTHING on your phone completely. That is meant to be used in case of dire troubles before flashing a new custom rom, or the RUU like you did. If your phone is running, then you should not need that.

It is a good Idea to do a nandroid backup before you try anything out of the ordinary.

is that mean iam still rooted ??, or i need to reroot again, i thought you only root once .?
well if thats not the case can i reuse the Auto rooting again. since i dont need or have to know much .?

waoo all these question marks ., well i want to zero my memory locations for the MEID ., just want to see if i can repair this phone and do things with it., its a coo phone ,i just bought it last week new .
so i cant just flash a radio like on the TP1 . i have to flash the whole ROm.? , and know that i put the same ROM as stock , would it crash if i put a little older ROM.?
