Oh, I agree, I guess you are. You essentially flashed twice and lost all your settings, while using my way you would only flash once and keep all your settings.

I was just trying to give people information, while you felt it necessary to attack me 3 times because I didn't do things your "correct" way.

for a noob you sure just continue to give out bad info. you have yet to provide anything or contribute so maybe you should stay over at xda. I at least take the time to try and help people and many who follow the directions get the root they wanted.

I'm bounce back and forth between here and XDA. I posted this morn on XDA that my neighbors phone bricked w/ this update. We're talking no post, charge indicator or dmesg response (thankfully I only up via dev releases). Went with her to Sprint store and while I was there I spoke with the service supe and they've had five evo's come in with the same issue. They also had one brick while finalizing a sale, so there are some issues here.
