I did the ota and played some nova and it was soooo much more smooth to me than ever.
and yesterday I had so much lag and freezing I was going to give up, so to me there is a huge improvement

I was rooted with UnRevokerd forever. I installed the update as above and it took me 3 times to suceed. I then tried Unrevoked 3.21 to restore root but it failed. Tired, so won' t go into detail.

the process to reroot after the OTA isnt that complicated.

you need to reflash your custom recovery (RA or clockworkmod) and then reflash superuser permissions from the recovery console. reboot and you are done

Sorry for the questions but I recently rooted using unrevoked 3.2. I want to apply the new OTA Update. I am unsure how to flash custom recovery and relash superuser permissions. Can some please help? I searched and found some guides but I'm unable to follow them. Sorry, I'm coming from a TP2, I'm used to flashing roms in winmo. Thanks.

Wow I just install the update its great. The 30 fps I don't see or feel the difference .. but the new pri triple my 4g speeds and my 3g speed is 4 times faster blazing fast!v

Go to androidcentral.com. There they have the manual update for the ota update. I'm new to android also coming from tp2 and I understood the directions very well. I also have unrevoked 3.21. Ota did undo it but I'm getting it back by redoing unrevoked. Let us know if it works out for you.
