thx for your post. i have the original model. i just called them just a while ago and requested a new one. she did it no problem. it helped that i was speaking to her like i knew what i was talking about instead of asking a bunch of questions.. when you follow that behavior you get your way with them...
she tried to charge me 18 dollars activate fee. i talked her down on that one..
should get it by wednesday. thank you for posting. i had no idea they finally released this unit until i saw you post about it...
