yeah, that is newer, I have the latest leaked it is build number 3.26.651.3

I did not install the pre release all the people I have read that did are not getting the update atm. I am in Charlotte NC and got the update. I updated my PRL and profile and it worked soon after. Make sure you are hooked up on a Wi-Fi or 4g it asks for either of the two while downloading. I am downloaded and up and running but I dont have a app to take a screen shot so sorry

I flashed the pre release and have no update available not that I was going to flash it. Was just curious

Im in Charlotte, NC and its showing on my Evo that has never been modded with the leaked one. I'm downloadin now.

They must have done something to the WiFi radio because my signal improved. I usually have 1-2 bars now I have 4. Placebo or not I am happy...lol

EDIT: Just to let you know renaming this file to Update.zip and attempting to install it via the bootloader does not work.
