running Baked Snacks 9.7+netarchy 3.7.3c kernel, i went into people and i went to the sync tab an it added some friends so i guess its working...

Nope, haven't restarted the phone in 3 days. I wasn't even looking at the phone while it was charging, heard a text and then noticed all the FB pics were back and it no longer said 0 friends.

I tried the adding a job and location trick but that was 2 days ago and removed it when it didn't work. So I have made no changes to my FB account on the PC in 2 days.

Mine wasn't working so I removed the account rebooted and added the account again and it is working!

Just go to settings>accounts & sync and make sure that fb for HTC Sense is added as an account.

Then go to people>online directores>facebook
Hit menu and refresh - the contacts should load up after that.

I have a stock evo, which I received last Thursday, didn't download any extra fb app

ITs all back online and working you can just goto sync or wait for the phone to do it for you!! about time huh? lol
