Me to, i totally suport evo on boost.
I have mine on boost and did nothing illegal, i bought the phone (did not stole it) change some settings, (did not messed with phone software i use legally android froyo) and pay my bill every month to boost mobile (did not hacked somebody else's account).
Where is the illegality on that?
You can buy the phone without the contract, so you can use the service you want.
F*** those who Keep posting law forms without understanding what they mean.
Sprint guys are just jealous cause cant beat boost mobile plan prices.

Re: Evo 4g on Boost Mobile MMS problem

l.o.l. boost is owned by sprint. in fact i applaud you for going with boost and showing every other postpaid carrier that $50 is the sweet spot for the services you use. on the other hand the only think i do not like about some boost mobile cust is their sense of entitlement. they want to be treated like a postpaid customer, but $70-100 entitles you to a different treatment from my store. now if only sprint would giveme the same profit for boost as it does postpaid i would treat them the same.

I suggest you pm the user your email and not post in the public forums...bots can pick emails up and spam them to no tomorrow. of course discussing of the topic even on pms is not allowed.

i totally agree. i dont see nothing illegal with buying a brand new factory sealed phone without contract and get it activated on what ever CDMA compatible system with that phone. i do consider tempering or cloning DEC number to be fully illegal %100. but just activating the phone by giving the DEC number to te CSR and get it going like that. i dont see why should be illegal. now not paying the bill its illegal. or bootleging credit cards thats illegal. but paying the bill on time and as long BOOST gets their money on time its all it matters. besides boost branded phones suck they all suck. the only decent pboost phone its the samsumg seek and maybe the rant. but the rest of them they suck big time... thats the main reason why we use nice phones on BOOST to get what we paid for..

Re: Evo 4g on Boost Mobile MMS problem

Search youtube, but the guy isnt selling a guide he wants to do it for you, smells illegal, not only that hes charging like $150 plus you have to send your phone to him, a friend of mines actually went this route, everything is working just dont get the 4g speed, i will wait it out until the paid ware becomes free ware.... I just cant send someone a $400 hundred dollar phone and hope its returned or not damaged in the process....
