Right with you. $450 plus tax is lil too steep for non contract ...i qualify for $75 off with a new contract but not till next month(oct 1,2010) they won't let me push the date up and 75 off is not worth another 2year deal - i rather pay the $75 and be contract free

Can someone please confirm the following - hopefully someone with a similar contract or experience with sprint. below is my current plan which i think is pretty sweet but i've been told if i want the Evo 4G i will need to update my plan to a simply everything plus the $10 premium. why the hell can't they just add $10 to my current contract? i have two lines ( the second is my mom and is extremely basic no internet or text str8 voice plan only) we share the mins. thanks in advance!

While you don't need the simply everything, you do need an everything data. 129.99 for 2 lines plus $10 for every 4g device

But that is what i dont understand... I have an unlimited data plan and i am listed as a casual users.

At least until october 1st. Then on that day all sero users can use any android phone for a fee. Hopefully sprint will allow it on other plans too. I guess we can wait and see if sprint will make any other announcements after that date.

So today is the 1st day I'm eligible upgrade to a new phone. I've been wanting the HTC Evo for the longest time. I went into a Best Buy today and of course they don't have any. She was able to check other Best Buys around the area and for the most part the other Best Buys had nothing in stock. There was a store that had 3 but those were for people that pre-ordered. Had no idea they were still fulfilling pre-orders.

Can anyone give me some advice on how I should go about attempting to get one? It has to be at Best Buy in the fact that 1, I love that you get the rebate taken off immediately. And 2, I have $375 worth of Best Buy giftcards all going to the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

still ONLY a rumor too many people are taking it as the holy grail when only people with BIS are getting letters about a change.

But people were to start getting it in there bills and guess what nobody has got 1 yet.
