I'm on an 003 and have this issue, only with SMS though. I select a text message up top on the list to open and it'll open one from the bottom of the screen. You can actually see where it highlights the wrong message.

I have the exact same problem when installing new roms that have the ota update built in, if I reflash any older rom the problem goes away.

I have the same hardware and this exact same issue. Just noticed it yesterday and today though.
