Re: Do I have an iPhone or Evo?
Haha these forums are getting so lame. You can't even discuss things without them being closed. Not every thread on here has to be a question, sometimes a thoughtful idea can spark a good conversation, but no... everyone wants it closed because "that's just not what "we" do here".. hahaha

Re: Do I have an iPhone or Evo?
i kinda agree (Im still rooted here and would never use stock anything). I think its f;ed up that sprint/htc did that, they even removed the stock android launcher and wont let you install it with the OTA. How can they disable the defualt functions of a phone THEY modded (with that bs Sense). Blasphemy, its supposed to be "open"

Re: Do I have an iPhone or Evo?
I'm sure a root will be in the near future didn't it take god 7 days to create the world without a coffee break? Well the phone gurus take coffee breaks... patients patients :P

Re: Do I have an iPhone or Evo?
Answering your question that your thread title asks with my inspector gadget type skills, my conclusion is you own an EVO?
Am I right, am I right? Maybe start a pole and see what others think..... |

I Have to agree with BrownHornet the #1 question when the OTA dropped was "Does It Brake Root" and even a complete n00b to Android and rooting as myself knew better then to download the OTA i mean for crying out loud there was a warning in every thread that had to do with rooting your phone saying do not download any OTA's they can brake root, so my advice for you is to follow instructions next time unless you know the risk and if you do know the risk and Fe730 up dont make a thread complaining about it
