Im fully rooted using OMJ ROM (not the latest). Am I doing something wrong? Please help. Thanks!

I really want the new radio because my wifi is terribly weak unless im in the same room as my router.

Exactly the same! Running OMJ's 1.5 and I'm fully rooted! I downloaded the file and after it finished it took about a minute to try to install! The phone rebooted to the recovery screen, it had a little android guy with a box that was open and had an orange arrow coming out of it! After about 5 seconds that box changed into a triangle with an exclamation mark inside it! Had to take the battery out to restart the phone but I'm still fully rotted because I did a nandroid backup and just restored my phone.....from the phone and not from the computer.............just to be sure! Guess I have to wait till OMJ releases another rom with the update in it already.............and not that 1.6 he has out now!

So do I need to do the update today if I successfully did it yesterday?

Was wondering the same thing, yesterdays update was 21mb.Now its 30? I might have to try update.

Edit: telling me there is no update, just like it did yesterday after I finished updating.I doubt they added anything to this update so no need to re do it.

My update went fine. Downside: I didn't read here first because it took away my root. I'm such a noob. Yippee freakin doo.

How is your screen acting when charging after the ota? Mine is not zooming in on double clicks the first try and the keyboard is dreadfully slow compared to off of the charger....check to see if you are experiencing the same thing ....

Mine never came up with an advertisement for the update, so I checked manually about 15 minutes ago and it was available. Ran the update via wifi only, took 10 minutes total to come back up and it installed successfully. Didn't lose any shortcuts or widgets at all, only difference I've noticed so far is no more blurry thumbnails in the gallery.

No, it is not required. The second update was to address issues that the select few were experiencing. I assure you that your phone is up to date.

Double tapping wasn't working to zoom on web pages for me after the update either, powered it off, pulled the battery to make sure, and it works fine now off and on the charger.

I was thinking the same thing but why is the one from today about a 25% larger file size than the one from yesterday?
