Re: All Discussions regarding the OTA update.

that sucks, error. still haven't run into that issue since i updated yesterday morning. i believe you had the thread that said your device would take over like a ghost controlling it, right?

Only thing i've noticed about responsiveness is that it seems slightly improved in the app tray.

I heard there was a way somewhere at XDA, but since I knew not to do it until it was cleared, someone else will have to do the digging. You might start here:

I just did a manual check to see if the update was back up and it appears to be. I still have not done the upgrade.

"Fools jump in where wise men fear to tread". No lessons learned yesterday? like wait for the developers at XDA to analyze?

"DO NOT FLASH THIS UPDATE UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM THE BIG GUNS OR RISK LOSING YOUR ROOT!"

By this statement, isnt referring to a rooted device? My phone is straight from bestbuy

IMO the biggest problem with the first update was people not having patience and messing it up before it finished.

EDIT: I guess I should throw in a disclaimer before I get merced on by everybody. My reason for saying this is because all the people I know that updated before they took it down had no issues. All those people had stock unrooted phones. Now if there truly was any issues I apologize to anyone I offended with this post.
