Re: Anyone wish they DIDN'T buy an Evo?

No issues here. I love my Evo. After having the Touch Pro and TP2 this phone is everything I was looking for in a phone and more.

Re: Anyone wish they DIDN'T buy an Evo?

Soon to be a Evo owner I currently have the TP2...and I can tell you just from my experience with Android OS and the Evo...it's well worth the change. Yeah the Evo has it's issues but what phone doesn't? The first Gen Iphone had issues (battery life)...and many more. I've always been one to wait a little while before buying new products...and this is a good example. Yeah, I crave the Evo....but do I want to deal with the issues right out the gate? No, I would rather wait it out a little bit and get a device that has been gone over with and taken care of (By HTC) before owning it. HTC is known for great phones, and yes they may have had some issues with this one...but overall in the grand scheme of things..it's a great phone.

I'm currently using the HTC Touch Pro 2...and I have to tell you...I can't wait to leave it (Sell it). I feel sorry for the ones that are having issues with their Evo's...just give it a little time...sooner or later the bugs will be ironed out and you will have a fully functional Evo...

Re: Anyone wish they DIDN'T buy an Evo?

I love my EVO!!! Yes, I am having a couple problems with it but they will eventually be fixed. Nothing can be perfect. I have compared my phone to the HTC Incredible and the Palm Pre, and I absolutely LOVE the screen on my EVO! I have read comments of people saying they thought the phone was too big and had changed their minds about buying it. Whomever says that must have tiny hands because this phone fit's perfect in my pocket and my hand. Doesn't look huge on my head like I thought it would :P lol. Anyways this is a great phone, I too have had problems with my HTC Touch Pro in the past but hey... that was a windows phone :P.. Android in my opinon makes this phone 1000 times better Good luck on whatever you choose.
