What happened with your phone?

same thing happened with my tp1 claim, its just a random set of occurrence to try to keep fraud at bay. its usually like 1 in 20 have to do that don't sweat it, just a minor PITA

Yesmaam. Mine was shipped last Friday after having my affidavit approved on Tuesday/Wednesday. I got a NIB phone. How about yours? I made sure I escalated calls until someone was able to put a request on my account for a new phone and not a refurb. It worked apparently but then again I doubt there are many refurb phones refurbished yet. I probably won't keep up with this thread so PM if you've got any other questions.

Oh that makes sense. I was wondering why some other hadn't filled out an affidavit.

I was riding my motorcycle and it fell off of me and got ran over by numerour cars. Yeah the lady I spoke with never said anything, then after I called back in a few minutes ago it told me that I needed to pay the deductible even though I had already given her all my credit card information, she also told me that I could not bill the deductible to my account but all of sudden today I can.

just dropped mine 4 feet on to a tile floor. no damage. i have a rubber case on it and sooo glad i spent the extra $15 for it!

Mine was approved on Thursday and they still have not sent me a phone. This sucks.

Not sure if this the correct thread, but it does relate to it. I was at a local mall the other day and had Ghost Armor but on my Evo. They did the screen, back and sides. All clear. I watched the worked toss his 3gs several feet in the air, and let it hit the floor with no problems, scratches or broken screen. I was also told that if the screen does crack they cover the dedctable.

Today I drop my phone ( About 5 feet ) and back lid and battery ejected and the metal part of the phone bent...so I call for a new one ( 30 day Warranty ). Oh btw it works

It's like tempered glass, very tough, but can shatter if hit just right. The Body Glove takes care of that
