I dropped my phone and the screen shattered... Now with a picture.

Man I dropped mines getting out the car and it fell screen first onto the concrete, I have the screen protector on and mines has no scratches at all. I almost crapped my pants when I dropped it.

Ouch. Sorry tosee that. All of the screen shatter patterns on broken screen Evos look the same. I swear its the lifting glass issue.

They didn't even tell me I needed an affidavit, I had to call in and they told me this hopefully I have a phone by early next week.

Odd. I called in and filed a claim and was told I needed additional paperwork (affidavit). It was pretty much everything I already told them over the phone however which was odd to me but I guess it was for my records. Also had to send a copy of my drivers license to them as well.

What happened with your phone?

I was riding my motorcycle and it fell off of me and got ran over by numerour cars. Yeah the lady I spoke with never said anything, then after I called back in a few minutes ago it told me that I needed to pay the deductible even though I had already given her all my credit card information, she also told me that I could not bill the deductible to my account but all of sudden today I can.

same thing happened with my tp1 claim, its just a random set of occurrence to try to keep fraud at bay. its usually like 1 in 20 have to do that don't sweat it, just a minor PITA

Yesmaam. Mine was shipped last Friday after having my affidavit approved on Tuesday/Wednesday. I got a NIB phone. How about yours? I made sure I escalated calls until someone was able to put a request on my account for a new phone and not a refurb. It worked apparently but then again I doubt there are many refurb phones refurbished yet. I probably won't keep up with this thread so PM if you've got any other questions.

just dropped mine 4 feet on to a tile floor. no damage. i have a rubber case on it and sooo glad i spent the extra $15 for it!

Mine was approved on Thursday and they still have not sent me a phone. This sucks.
