Does the evo come with a screen protector?

Me and my wife Evo's are coming in tuesday and I plan on going buy our cases and screen protectors. Does the evo come with one in the box or no? thanks in advance everyone.

yea they did a test...it was impossible to scratch....but you never know it is always good to put a protector on.

Where the hell have you been? LOL, anyway your profile says tp2 but am I to assume that you have an evo? And if my assumption is correct are you gonna hook it up with some custom stuff like the tp1 and tp2? Oh and to stay on topic, the screen is very durable and IMO a screen protector takes away fron the beauty of the phone.

lol, i have been busy with work hard keeping up with this forum, and yea of course i always gotta have the next best thing, and not sure on the hookups yet, maybe when i get more time, but as you were saying the screen is very durable and scratch proof really don't need a screen protector but to be on the safe side always good to have one, and i also orders the Invisible shield for my back cover.

You should put this screen OVER the screen protector, to protect the screen protector. This screen seems to be scratch-proof.

Videos like this are, in reality, pointless. It proves nothing. Doesn't matter if you have an iPhone, Evo, or anything with a glass screen - It WILL scratch. Put the phone in the same pocket as your keys and see what happens after a month. Want a real screen test? Rub the screen against a brick wall for a minute. You do not need something as hard as or harder than glass to scratch it. To make clean cuts, yes. But to be abrade the surface, no.

So... screen protector is a good idea. Even if you take good care of your phone, you're bound to get a scratch.
