I've noticed the phone behaving strangely when I put in my spare battery. Take a look at the below system panel graph. I had just died after 9.5 hours on a charge, popped in my spare and it went from 85% to 19% in 2 hours. I thought that was strange, so I turned off, then back on - it has just flatlined at 19% since. Strange. Something is definitely up, this crap is not normal:

Nothing wrong with my Battery. I got 50% left and have had the phone off charge for over 14 hours. Light to moderate usage today.

What do you actually consider light to moderate use?

Your guessing privileges are revoked.

My spare is my TP2 battery.

Same thing here. I popped in a battery from a fully charged TP2 and it read 78% in the Evo. I put the Evo battery in the TP2 fully charged it, then put it back in and it read 91%. I haven't tried moving a fully charged battery from the EVO in the TP2 yet but I did find it odd that there was such a large difference moving a charged battery to from the TP2 to the EVO. I'm going to give this work around a shot and see what happens. I've lost anywhere from 20 to 40% just overnight and haven't seen any improvement from the Overclock widget.

I had about an hour of voice calls (mostly blue tooth). Browsed the web for about 1/2 an hour. Used tapatalk, browsed the market, moved over about 500mb worth of images via usb, listened to 3 voice mails, flipped through a bunch of pictures in the gallery. Demonstrated the EVO about 4 times which consisted of several minutes of showing off various programs and sense. Took a few pictures with the camera.
