There is:

Step 3: Dial ##775#, a password prompt should appear. Enter your MSL into this box->hit OK->tap on the "Update PRL" button. Make sure "All Folders" and "Type: prl files" are selected. You should see the downloaded PRL on the list; Select the PRL->Press Menu->Commit.

wow... i would get around .8 on stock radios, and now after this i got as high as .3, did i go wrong somewhere? haha plus my signal hasn't gone over 2 bars yet, where on stock i had 4-full

my speeds actually dropped with the new PRL. i am using the newest radio too.

Yeah, this did nothing for me either. I have tried 5 different prls and none of them are giving me the speed of the stock version. Sadly the highest I'm getting on the stock prl is .7ish up.

i just updated the PRL. went from 60665 to 60666!!!

its 530pm central here, so the network is congested. i'll be running speed test after work around 3-4am. to see if this new prl helped any. my average is 1200 down and 650up on houston server.. so we'll see.

With Sprint feverishly trying to expand their new 4G network, I would expect to update the PRL list every two weeks... at least. Since I have owned my EVO, I have update twice OTA...

I did the update and now the servers are not even in my state lol. I'm in the bay area. Going to do automatic PRL update to go revert back.
