Well...I finally had a chance to make that call on my lunch break. I said EXACTLY what you said here, and the woman on the phone was very friendly...she said "oh, you're one of the lucky ones who got one of these phones"...and then she said "your MSL code is ######"...very painless, and one of the better customer service calls I've ever had.

I got the MSL. But when I dial ##8626377# it just says the number or code you entered is incorrect on the operator. what am i missing here...?

If you are rooted, a free market app will give you your MSL.

What has worked for me and two friends...

Call sprint. Tell them the GPS is not working.. you googled and heard ##GPSCLRX# fixes it. They will give you the MSL. Worked 3 out of 3 times.
