I can send MMS's to twitter/facebook with no problem. Just not to another phone... Haven't gone to the Sprint store yet. LOL. (Procrastination seems to be my best friend).

People at the Sprint store are just going to tell you to do a hard reset or they will do it for you. Call the 1-800 customer service and have them check your profile. If you had issues before and they are carrying over to the EVO it's definitely your profile and not the phone.

Re: Problems with MMS on EVO

How do you get it to send without shrinking it so much? I went to send one and it shrunk it to 22kb. It was so damn small! Or does it just look small to me but it looks normal on another phone?

Re: Problems with MMS on EVO

Sounds like you need your profile refresh on Sprints switch. I had this issue when I was on the TP....for some reason you account is provisioned for the TP...when I went to the TP2 they had to reporvision it..didn't take when I activated my TP2....So call up CS on a different phone and have them refresh your profile/account etc...that should fix that. Thats not a phone issue...it's more of a network issue.

thanks, i just noticed that if i go into messaging settings and go to connections, the mms info is blank... i'm guessing it should be filled with stuff? can anybody with mms working check to see if there are entries for the two mms fields in the middle of this menu? thanks

Re: Problems with MMS on EVO

I'm not sure if this relates to you but in my area of Texas, if you are in Texas. I've been having a few to no bars of signal for the past few days. I called up Sprint and they told me sms, mms, and some other services are not working right. Something with the towers in my area they were working on they did not have a ETA yesterday. Best bet is to call Sprint and see whats up.
