Problems with MMS on EVO
 

I was using a mogul and DH using a tp before we finally got EVOs on friday! :headbang:Always had problems with MMS (in some way or another, usually with sending or sprint picturemail being stupid) with those 2 phones and thought we'd be free of them now that we're on the EVO... BUT it seems like we can't receive any MMS? Any one else having this problem or have any idea how to go about fixing it? Tha nk you! :)

P.S. We LOVE the EVOs otherwise, it rocks and this is our first android phones so we're still figuring it out. :)

Do you get any errors while sending? Sounds like you have something stuck in the switch with Sprint.

Never had an issue with MMS..Ive recieved and sent them with out error for 2 weeks now.

No MMS problems here. I have sent ans recieved pics and vids. Call Sprint

Same here no issues whats so ever, I am loving this phone.

The MMS(es) looks like it was sending fine on the senders' phone but the receiving phone gets no pictures, no notifications etc. Guess its just our phones/accounts. :( Thanks for the replies everyone. Time to go to the Sprint store!

I'm having an issue with sending MMS on my EVO (one of MANY problems ... sigh).

I go to send an MMS and it says 'General Network Error'. Full service too. If anyone has a fix let me know.

When in doubt do a hardreset.
