Re: Backup & Rooting Questions

Sprite supposedly works now, or at least the developer(s) say it does. I have it, it runs nightly. I also do backups with Titanium Backup.

So if I am rooted I can use the built-in hotspot on Sprint and not be charged

If its a $ then your not rooted. You dont need to be rooted to use free wifi tether anymore.

Re: EVERYTHING EVO - Rooting | NAND | Flashing Roms | Wipe

I am trying to run the s-off tutorial from the xda site so that I can root, but when I type in the first command on step 11. adb push common/unrevoked-forever.zip /sdcard/ adb push common/mtd-eng.img /sdcard/ adb push common/PC36IMG-root.zip /sdcard/PC36IMG.zip adb push common/flash_image /data/local/ In the command window I get message cannot stat, No such file or directory. Any thoughts on what I can be doing wrong?
