First you need to create a folder on your sdcard & name it media. Next create a folder inside the media folder & name it sudio. In the audio folder create 3 new folders named alarms(For changing clock alarms) notifications(For changing notifications) and ringtones. from there place the sounds of your choosing in one of theses folders. Now set a sound (be it ringtone, alarm or whatever) like you would usually do & your new sound file will now be in the list
