sdcard/media/audio/ringtone

on your sd card create a media folder, then inside that an audio folder, then inside that a ringtone folder.

place it in the ringtone folder, make sure you have the folder set up like above.

Or if you create a ringtone with mp3 trimmer then it will create a folder called sdcard/ringtone
