Correct, you will get the 150.00 off of the top price 449.99 which will drop it to 299.99, new lines will get the 150.00 off the top, plus the MIR from sprint which we do it instanly, making it 199.99

From what I saw Wal-Mart is just down right selling the phone for $199! I don't know if thats true but that does sound like Wal-Mart.......always low prices.......ALWAYS!

Sorry OP, but you are spreading misinformation. I have spoken with 3 different Radio Shacks today and all of them said $199 plus tax. I have even seen the price tags that they are putting out in the morning, also says $199. The only extra to be worried about besides the $199 is tax in CA we be on the "retail value".

Yeah I just called the shack and they said its 199. The OP is off base. They also told me since they will have ZERO EVO specific accessories that they will be letting us keep the free $20 until they get the EVO stuff next week or so.

wal mart also has 299.99 price go fill out for family plan adding additional line, you will see the 299.99 price.

I am currently on a family plan with (3) lines. My ETF is currently $50 so I am going to cancel my current line and open a new line with the EVO rather than pay more through my $75 upgrade eligibility. With that said:

I just called my Best Buy and a lady said that with adding a new line eligibility, the price is $199.99 with activation fee.

Of course this is subject to whether or not the associate answering actually knows what the facts are...
