Google makes Android. HTC makes Sense. HTC has to wait for Google to finish their making of Sense. Then the carrier gets it and customizes it to their liking. Finally us users get it.

That is the AOSP lockscreen, it's the same one as on Android 2.1

That is the Nexus one factory wallpaper, a few different variations are available in the market as well as some other sources

You guys waiting for sense are so blinded because of winmo 6.5. Winmo needed sense because that is is so out of date. Android that is not needed in the least, the advantages that come out if sense are a few extra Widgets. Even the smartdialer can be downloaded from the market. Other then that there isn't anything else it gives you except for taking up massive resources for no reason.

By the same token, I could say you are blinded about the need for Froyo on this beast. I've got well over 100 programs installed, and still have 172 megs available for programs. I don't see any need to put a hacked in Froyo on here when everything works perfect.

I'm not blinded by anything. Look at my sig, every type of rom is fully functional on my device from an HTC sense desire rom, to 2.1 cyanogen mod, and even now froyo is on my nexus one. So I'm not blinded ive tried them all, have you?

I'm not blinded about the fact that I'm very happy with the OS as it is.

Well the os is the same. You mean you're not blinded by the fact the on HTC devices only they come with extra Widgets and you're ready to use those Widgets

slim, purposly ruffling feathers again i see, about as suprising as the sun coming up this morning lol

i can agree that stock wm/sense wm is a much bigger difference than stock/sense android but even still because others dont agree with you theyre "blinded" come on dude, everyone has preferences nothing wrong with it.

i personally love sense on android. imo it makes the phone much more aesthically pleasing than just stock android. now i know that you can make any android phone look virtually identical to a sense enabled one if you know where to look but htc has already done a lot of the heavy lifting. another advantage of sense imo is that it frees me from having to download and install certain things. a stopwatch app, a stock ticker, a twitter client etc all these things are already there and i can use that space for something else. sense is more than "just a couple extra widgets" just my $.02

congrats on the froyo guys hopefully the incredible will get some love here soon too!
