I DID read a few posts ahead of mine... A comment on a Facebook page that's not run by HTC or Sprint hardly seems like an official answer. I have no doubts that it is/will be fixed but it would be nice to see something official from Sprint or HTC.

Edit: Not even an answer on Sprint's own forums yet: http://bit.ly/bekM0c They claim it's "not a known issue"

Well then, there you go...This is still a major concern of mine with no fix apparent yet. I will likely still get the phone and if I see the problem in the first 30 days it will go back.

Hopefully this is only a problem with class 2 sd cards as people with class 4 or 6 have stated they aren't having that issue any longer. I happen to have an 8gb class 4 card already and will swap it out for the included card as soon as I get the phone. Hope to never see this issue!

iono, maybe im just a douche, but im kinda glad u early evo owners are having trouble, and it posed 2 be fixed on the launch models...lol

Yeah it kept doing that to me when I got my Evo on Wednesday. Hasn't done it since Friday though so I guess they must have pushed out an update.

Im really toasted about this but I also wanted to get a class 10 16gb card so this will make it a good reason.

A what? They have a class 10 MicroSDHC? I have never seen that but def want to!
