There some people in the $10 charge thread that say they've gotten a $10 credit per month for the length of the contract ($240 total)...wonder what needs to be said about getting that credit as opposed to the $70 credit

thats great is sounds like you spoke to a CSR that had some sense the others I have no idea, but it pays to stay calm just call back a couple of times to talk to the right person. Today i hmade 3 calls and each rep told me that the $10.00 up cahrge if if you are not in 4g zone and need to access premium data I asked whats that a nd they told me its always been there and is better than 3g. Where these reps coome from I have no idea but I really cannot be mad at them because thats what/how Sprint coach them to responde to the customer needs.

Yep, have been since I started the account. Was originally on the 99.99 plan then switched the everything data 450, 69.99
