Just tried and they offered a $50 credit or 1 free month...blah, I want the $10 recurring credit...LOL

What did you ask to get the $50 credit? I'm cheap and would enjoy that.

Maybe I am missing something... I'm eligible for upgrade now..contract ends 2.19.2011..premier customer...hmmf.

Initial Question/Comment: Checking to see if I'm eligible for the $10/month credit for renewing contract?

Response: I don't show a $10 per month credit, but I do show a one time $50 credit for a new 2 year agreement or one month of your plan free for a new 2 year agreement.

I am eligible for a full upgrade, least the 1yr one cuz i am a premier customer...possibly you need to almost be finished with your contract?
