"pre ordering the phone even though it comes out on the 4th" doesn't mean that if you do pre order the phone that you WILL get it on the 4th. That statement basically stated two facts that 1. you can still pre order it and 2. it does come out on the 4th but where did she say you can get it on the 4th? Sorry but you owned yourself on that one and quite frankly I find it funny, sorry. But hey you can always go to a sprint store and get one first thing in the morning.

I am pretty through with Best Buy after their BS about not honoring competitors prices on the EVO. I had pre-ordered mine on the 16th of last month but I am going to try to get it from Radio Shack instead on Friday morning. I am however keeping my pre-order with them just in case something happens and I can't get one from Radio Shack...always good to have a backup plan.
