Not true. Sero has different plans now my bro has the Evo wit the $59 Sero everything plan ...which is his $10 less basically

I couldn't wait I til no July I needed it lol...plus I don't trust sprint, they said employees couldn't touch the Pre for 30days ...well I remember that 30 turning into 60 or more an I have a feelin they gonna do that again

From what I was told, here is one step that Best Buy was willing to try to get the EVO activated with my 3rd party plan.

1) We have issue activating EVO with your old plan
2) we can activate it on a new plan , and after it activated, we can " try " to add your old plan back in.
3) ME, ummm no thank you. (Once you change your plan, you cannot get it back) They was trying to trick me.

I'm hearing that you would have to call in and change your plan to the Indirect Employee Demo Plan. I'm also hearing that it is best to have the phone at that point too, but I'm checking on that.

Well I called the employee care and the guy I spoke to tried to activate my phone but was unsuccessful. I have the free and clear 3000 but my account is listed as an individual account and not a third party employee. He said I would have to contact my store rep and change my account back to a third party employee. Had it not been because of that, he would have added the EVO.

If you still work for the third party dealer all you need to do is email the Demo Modification Form and that's it. You don't even have to speak to your rep about it, four in our store have succesfuly done it. If you no longer work for the Dealer I believe it's still possible (two success stories) IF you know the dealer code where you used to work. Hope this helps!

This is true, I have a 3rd party employee plan and just got mine activated today through the demo mod form..
