So then the $10 fee is clearly not based on how much data I use. Otherwise the TP2 plans would cost more than the Mogul plans.

no, but why do that? your webpages will load slower! $10 is worth not having to wait those precious extra seconds of your life.. they add up each and every day.. (they add up to exactly $10 a month)

Maybe the Evo is just over the data hump for them it doesnt really matter none of us on here can change it. You dont have to get the Evo you know.

it is based on data. Sprint didn't mind picking up the fee going from a mogul to a tp2 they easily couldve charge if they wanted to, but they didn't want to. Going to this device they want to make us pay which is well inside their rights. My question is are you still planning to get 4 evo's?
